Exclusive to our online customers in the South Florida region, our premium delivery services cover locations within a 50-mile radius of our Fort Lauderdale, FL warehouse, including all of Broward, Dade, and West Palm Beach Counties.

 

FREE FURNITURE DELIVERY SERVICE

 

Understanding Your Order & Delivery Process at Zayna Furniture

 

After completing your online purchase of in-stock items, your order is immediately processed. Here’s a quick overview of our delivery process:

 

- Local Delivery: Customers within a 50-mile radius may be eligible* for same-day delivery if the order is placed before 12 PM. Otherwise, please allow 2-3 days for your delivery.

- Order Processing: Your item is prepared for shipment once the order is finalised. We verify the delivery address and confirm payment approval before proceeding.

- Shipping & Delivery: While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, certain factors like holidays or weather may cause slight delays. Orders outside our local delivery zone may take 2-3 weeks to arrive.

- Billing Information: For credit card purchases, you will be charged only when your item ships. A temporary charge may appear upon order confirmation to verify your payment method, but the full charge will occur when your order is shipped.

 

Note: Expedited shipping is currently unavailable for locations outside our local delivery area.



NATIONWIDE SHIPPING OPTIONS

 

- Curbside Delivery: This option includes curbside delivery by one person. The carrier will lower the shipment to the ground.

  

ADDRESS VERIFICATION

 

At ZaynaFurniture.com, we prioritise your security. Our credit card verification process is designed to protect your personal details during your purchase.

 

- Why Verification Matters: Unlike in-person shopping, online transactions require an additional layer of security. We discreetly verify your identity with your card issuer to ensure authenticity.

- Shipping to a Different Address: If you need delivery to an address other than your billing address, you can request your card issuer to add the alternative address for verification. This process may take an extra day.

SHIPPING TIME FRAMES

 

- Local Deliveries: For customers in the South Florida area, in-stock items will arrive in 2-3 days.

- Nationwide Deliveries: Expect a delivery window of 1-3 weeks for customers outside the local delivery zone. We’ll provide updates throughout the process, and any delays due to weather or other factors will be communicated promptly.

  

Billing for your purchase is only finalised once your item ships.

 

DELIVERY TIME (LOCAL ORDERS ONLY)

 

- Same Day Delivery (Conditions Apply): Orders placed before 12 PM for customers within 50 miles may qualify for same-day delivery. Otherwise, expect a 2-3 day window.

- Delivery Times: Delivery is scheduled between 9 AM – 6 PM, with a 3-hour window for your convenience. A 30-minute call ahead will notify you of our arrival.

 

  

Our delivery crew will:

- Assemble and inspect products in our warehouse.

- Provide full white glove service, placing furniture in your desired room.

- Assemble, test, and remove all packaging materials for recycling.

 

Your satisfaction is guaranteed, with a customer care agent verifying your experience before our technicians leave

BACKORDERS

 

If an item is out of stock, it will not be available for purchase online. Contact our customer service team at 954-735-3113 for assistance with backorders. You will not be charged for backorder items until they ship.



SHIPPING OPTIONS

 

- Basic Ground: Small items are shipped via major carriers like FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Delivery is made to your front door during business hours, Monday through Friday.

- Threshold Delivery: Heavy or oversized items are shipped using Freight Threshold Delivery. The item will be delivered to your driveway, and a signature will be required. Please note that this service does not include inside delivery.

  

Merchandise Inspection: Always inspect your delivery for damage before signing the delivery slip. If you note any damage, write "Product Damaged" to ensure proper follow-up.

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY POLICY*(please contact us to select this service) 

 

This premium service includes:

- A scheduled delivery appointment.

- Inside placement of furniture, unpacking, light assembly, and removal of packing materials.

- Please ensure the area is clear before the delivery crew arrives. Note that we do not move existing furniture or set up home electronics.



MEASURING FOR DELIVERY

 

Before delivery, confirm that:

- Our delivery truck can access your road.

- The furniture will fit through doorways, stairwells, or hallways.

- Your room is ready to receive the furniture.

 

If the item cannot be delivered due to size restrictions, you will be responsible for any time/return costs.
