REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY



At Zayna Furniture, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.



Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required to complete your return.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment within a few days.



Late or Missing Refunds:  

If you haven’t received your refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post.
  3. Contact your bank; there may be a delay in the refund being posted.

Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please email us at info@zaynafurniture.com.

Shipping times may vary based on your location. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of returned items.
